The Complex (閉塞Ｂ, Heisoku B Obstruction B) is a relatively small area that you can reach from Antenna World.
Features
It is a big house with narrow corridors and doors. It also has benches and a weird blue creature in the foreground that wraps the whole building. Going through the doors leads you to the Old Train Station.
