The Complex (閉塞Ｂ, Heisoku B Obstruction B) is a relatively small area that you can reach from Antenna World.
Features
It is a big house with narrow corridors and doors. It also has benches and a big monorail track in the foreground that wraps the whole building. Going through the doors leads you to the Old Train Station.
Along the inner walkway, you can reach a door that's on a separate walkway below you. However, interacting with it will take you to a glitched area you can't get out of.
There is a door to the very south of the walkway that leads to a sectioned off pier, blocked at the end.
