Features
Erythrocyte Maze is a large, looping world with hexagonal walls filling the area, along with red blood cell-like objects, as well as floating hexagon-shaped crystals that get slower and become blue if the Crossing effect is used.
There are distinctive hole-like areas here, where going over them will make the screen glow red, making flowers around the vicinity grow, and there is also a portal to Intestines Maze just next to a cluster of three other red blood cells, which unlocks the connection from there upon entering.
