Features
Fluorescent City is an abstract, urban environment where the street's outlines have neon lights, and the buildings' roofs take on colorful, glitch-like appearances.
This area starts off with a small path with a passageway having a sign above it. Taking the passageway leads to the main area, where the background's colors change depending on what side of the area you are on. The northernmost part of the eastern section houses a merchant with red, purple, and blue eyes, interacting won't lead to any purchase.
The western section of the area has some passageways leading out of the area, but they are currently barricaded.
