The Gray Ghost Area (都市 toshi, City) is a sub-area of the Droplets World, whereas both have been completely wiped out in the newer versions of Yume 2kki.
Features
The area doesn't have that many features to it, except only having remarkable ways to get to the unused Hospital area. It is filled with ghosts that move around the paths, and one weird creature in it as well. It also has an unusable bathroom and another weird object, which doesn't do anything when interacted with it.
