Yume 2kki:Vending Machine

Vending Machines are usable objects scattered around many areas, giving out various snacks and beverages in return for money.

They are currently one of the only uses for money in the game, most of which provide no real benefit to the user.

Machines

There are various types and designs of vending machine to be found throughout Yume 2kki. The most common is the standard red vending machine, found throughout most worlds and areas. All vending machines across all worlds are listed below.

Drinks

Drinks from vending machines come in many colors and shapes, each costing 100夢 in most cases. From 0.114g patch 3, any drink (or food) you've had will be displayed in the Snack Gallery.

• Soda

Sodas come in three varieties: lime, cherry and blue. They add 1 heart to Urotsuki's total.

• Bottled Milk

There are 3 types of bottled milk; chocolate, plain and full cream (whole). They are only available in the Bathhouse and don't give out any hearts.

• Expired Soda

Expired Sodas are found exclusively in Stone World. They look like normal sodas, but after drinking one, the screen will flash green and Urotsuki will pass out. They take away 1 heart. Drinking another one with a single heart remaining does not harm Urotsuki any further.

• Others

There are many other kinds of things found in vending machines, such as green tea, potions, ice creams, or even a bowl of ramen.

	Neon Highway	These glitched vending machines have the similar appearance as the neon silhouettes of Boy Urotsuki found in this area. You can't use them because the boy silhouettes are blocking the way.
	Stone World	This appears to be a regular red vending machine, but it sells expired drinks.

	Bathhouse	This is an unique white vending machine that sells milk. This is the only one of its kind in the game, and is initially empty. Upon entering and coming back out of the baths, the machine will be restocked.

	Constellation World(Star Path)	This vending machine has a starry body, matching the atmosphere of its area. It only sells star cookies for 50夢.

	Sugar World	This is an unique vending machine in the sense that four differently-colored hearts can be seen through the glass in addition to what appears to be soda cans.
	Maple Shrine	There are two small orange vending machines which only dispense green tea(which costs 70夢 in here) throughout the maze. They are currently the only reachable vending machines that can become unreachable since, after completing the maze which contain them, it will be skipped afterwards.

	Snowy Forest	This large vending machine is positioned isometrically, and has a digital display which shows flashing squares that randomly change colors. You can find it just near the entrance to the Techno Condominium.
	Snowy Forest(Winter Path)	This vending machine, which bears the colors of the trees nearby, has the top portion covered in snow.
	Cotton Candy Haven	This is an unique vending machine which matches the colors of the area where it belongs to. It is also notable for being suspended in midair by a set of balloons and selling only macarons and cupcakes.
	Wooden Polycube Ruins	This vending machine is notable for being carved in a wooden cube. It also costs 120夢 instead of 100 for each purchase.
	Flooded Dungeon	You can find this vending machine in one of the area's dark corridors. Upon interacting with it, you will receive a ship in a bottle. Trying to buy another will result in the machine giving you your money back.
	Viridescent Temple	A classical red vending machine, placed in a shaded corner of the cubic temple.
	Subterranean Plant	You can't use this vending machine because of it being out of reach.

	Erratic Pillar Lands	This vending machine looks empty, but gives out drink the first time when used. After that, it would have no response even if it gets paid. You need to kick the machine with the Twintail effect in order to get the money back.
	Aquatic Cube City	These two vending machines are put together in the dark side of one of many cubes which the area is comprised of.
	Surgical Scissors World	This vending machine has the same color as the numerous scissors which cover the area they belong to.
	Neon Caves	This vending machine has neon blue and yellow outlines, matching the style of the cave system it belongs to. It's blocked by four purple creatures when you enter the area, so you need to chainsaw them off in order to use it.
	Static Noise Hell	This vending machine is red and black, just like the area where it belongs to, and it has a monitor displaying a sine wave. It also costs 130夢 instead of 100 for each purchase.

	Floating City	This unique vending machine is known for being extremely difficult to access. First, you need to donate at least 1000夢 to the shrine found in the Golden Chinatown. After that there will be a 1/65536 chance of one of the washing machines in the Laundromat turning into a red shrimp, which leads to a separated room with more shrimps. Interact with the largest one to enter the Floating City.

	Stained Glass Cosmo	This vending machine looks similar to those found in the Laundromat and Golden Chinatown with some flashing colors.

(After this you get 1 heart.)
