The file "spelude" means "spelude.png" in ChipSet (or "spelude.png" in CharSet, but in this case, the error message might say the one in ChipSet).
If this file dosen't exists in ChipSet, you will have to download the patch for ver0.103e -> ver0.103f (because this patch includes "spelude.png").
