You don't need to have the twintails effect equipped in order to open that door (it reads like you do need to have it equipped) and in order to see the redhaired NPC, you need to have the glasses effect equipped. That female redhaired character runs away from you when you have the glasses effect equipped because that is the blue haired male NPC's previous gender and he doesn't want Urotsuki to see him as female because he identifies as male. 172.112.144.39 05:22, July 16, 2016 (UTC)
