- 10 is no longer seems to be triggered by getting the fairy effect. I'm playing 0.096c, and I got it after I went to the easternmost area of the highway world (where the Pokémon forest used to be, but it is now under construction), and touched the roadblock. Seems logical, since the fairy effect was located in this area a long time ago.
Can anybody confirm this?
