Features
Icy Plateau is a large, uninhabited ice shelf, built of huge, flat sheets and tall walls of aqua green-tinted ice. The ice sheets float high in space, and twirl around each other.
From the main entrance, taking the ladder and heading southwest will lead to a long bridge, which will take Urotsuki to the plateau's highest tier. Heading west from there is another bridge, which ends in a gate to Candy Cane Fields.
If you have entered this area from the stone gate in the deeper parts of the Underground Passage, you will come across an isolated section with a hole in the middle, which has some traffic cones and a construction sign placed before it.
