Moonbow Laundromat is a small building accessible from the Tekno Village through the building with a sign with its name on it.
To the left of the entrance is a small waiting area. Sitting on one of the benches is the [[]], who reacts to a few effects. Using the Suit or Seraph Effect will make it turn pink, and interacting with it will make it visibly angry and then shove Reshnha away from it. Using the Rambutan Effect will make it turn red and grow three yellow eyes.
To the right of the entrance are the washing machines of the laundromat, where Mellow and Yellow slowly walk along the aisles. Merely touching or interacting with one of them will cause them to quickly switch places. At the end of this room is a door that can only be unlocked using the Crimson Notes.
Entering this door will take Reshnha to another section of the laundromat, with red blood-like liquid spilling out from a washing machine. A collectible pwee doll will sit on the puddle on the floor.
Guess this guy really hates criminals AND angels.
