Overview
Three Ghostmen can be found around Ghost World, each resembling a thin, blue figure with protrusions possibly resembling legs or arms. Other than roaming around Ghost World and having the standard reaction to the Cat, Knife, and Stoplight effects, they do not do anything else.

- They highly resemble chromosomes. As they are located in Ghost World, which is associated with the dead, this may have significance.
