Mannequin Street is a small street area. The entrance from the Gray Route is a square, white archway adorned with intricate carvings. There are shadowy figures of people that seem to fade in and out of sight. To the north stands a dark blue building with a sizable display window that showcases a white mannequin dressed in a red jacket. Interacting with the mannequin will give you the Down Jacket effect.
