Nevula[1] is a large looping area. Heading straight north from the entrance will lead to an owl with a hole in it's face leading to the Owl Cellar. Heading south-east will eventually lead to a small one-eyed red owl-like creature called the Uuja that will transport Reshnha to the Hand Walls.
While a large area, this world is pretty empty NPC-wise. Nonetheless, there is still very much to see! It seems that Reshnha is walking upon water as his reflection can be seen on top of the water as white fish and jellyfish swim in the water underneath. Owls with jewels for eyes built of snow can be found on the small sections of snow-covered ground.

I really like how the Uuja wobbles. It seems squishy.
