Blue Forest City is an area accessible from the purple teleporter in Lavender Ruins.

Blue Forest City is a large, dark expanse of forested area dotted with castles and lampposts. From the entrance from Lavender Ruins, going directly south and a bit west will take you to the Portrait Forest, going east and further south than the previous teleport will bring you to Planter Boxes World, and going even further southeast than that will take you to the Abyssal Bleu. Heading west and then north around the patch of trees above the Lavender Ruins entrance and entering into a secret path in the left side of the trees will lead you to The Giant Teleporter.
The Giant Teleporter
Upon entering the area, you will be standing on a larger scale version of one of the castles in the main area of the map. Traversing through to the next screens will lead you through winding paths, more castles, and eventually a final castle dotted with teleporters alike the Lavender Ruins and Portrait Forest teleporters. Entering the large open doorway in this castle will lead you to a room with a giant teleporter in the distance, which rotates into different viewpoints as you walk back and forth.
