Dilapidated Complex is an area accessible from the gray Teleport Rune in Spiral Limb Passage.
Features
Two buildings that feature visible doors can be found in this area. One, found southeast of the gray Teleport Rune that connects to Spiral Limb Passage, will trigger the Cruel Prank event upon attempting to enter it. The other door, found northwest of the Spiral Limb Passage connection, leads to the Derelict Catwalk subarea. Within this subarea, moving all the way to the eastern end of the catwalk will trigger the Ominous Giant event. During this event, the red eyes of a large black creature that looms over the edge of the catwalk will flash before the screen slowly fades to black, transporting Minnatsuki to Dark Spire Hell.
