The Old Apartment Building is an area accessible from the fish-like rune in the cave in Seaside.
Features
This area is a dilapidated apartment building surrounded by a rainy forest with lush greenery. Green lit hallways with pipes connect the floors. At the very end of one of the buildings lies a path with a moving tiny sponge, which grants Wormiko the Sponge effect upon interaction. A green smiling frog with a hat can also be seen further behind the sponge. Entering this location unlocks Photo #41 in the Photo Album.
