The Foundry is a barren cliff, made of orange rock. Heading southeast will lead you to a girl in a white dress with an unlit torch in place of her head. Interacting with the girl while using the Lamppost effect plays a short cutscene which causes the area to change. The background ignites, the BGM changes, and numerous fast-moving octahedron NPCs appear which ignore the player. Returning to the elevator reveals that it no longer exists and instead a pathway north has appeared which leads to a cliff where you can see the stars.
