Old Train Station B is a small area which is accessible via the Mirror Room.
Features
You start off on a subway platform with a ladder that descends below to the tracks. Both the upper and lower bounds of the map feature a chain link fence with openings currently blocked off by cones. There are scattered coral trees, which increase in frequency closer to either fence. Going west after climbing down the ladder leads to a seeming dead end marked by a clump of traffic cones. The rightmost traffic cone will bring you to Old Train Station while the Crossing effect is equipped, given you have visited both Rainbow Silhouette World and Depths before. Going towards the eastern edge of the map instead, you will find an entrance which takes you to a small area with a man standing beside a lamp post and a subway train.
When you enter the subway car there are two shadowy passengers sitting on either side of the car. Sitting down in the car and waiting for about 30 seconds and then exiting the car through the same door you came in from will teleport you to Rainbow Silhouette World. On the way back from Rainbow Silhouette World, you will find that the train car now has two strange creatures as passengers now sitting beside each other on the right side of the car.

Trivia
- This world was removed from the game in version 0.113 (Wataru's Patch) and readded in version 0.119d Patch 1.
- This exterior and the interior of the train is an obvious reference to Yume Nikki's Train Car, even going as far as adding two NPCs after returning to the train, like in Yume Nikki.
