The Water Reclamation Facility is an area accessible from the Ocean Storehouse.
Features
Water Reclamation Facility continues off from the staircase from the Ocean Storehouse, with a U-shaped platform on the middle of a large body of murky water, along with a railed path to the main area.
The main area is an industrial environment with pools of wastewater all around the place, with the easternmost path ending in the facility's building, where the entrance leads to the Shutter Alley. Barricades block off several other routes.
Taking the upper western path from the murky pools, you will end up near a sickly-looking cherry blossom tree right at the edge of a concrete island, and taking the lower portion will lead to a dead end, where there is a 1/10 chance (determined every time you walk on the lower portion) that you will find a serpent that moves its head if the Telephone or Trombone effects are used. The southeastern pool has some NPCs that show up, determined randomly per dream session, namely: someone washing their clothes, a person sitting on northern edge, or a corpse in the water. Just beside that pool is an isolated compound with water tanks and houses, where the lower house is barricaded.
Shutter Alley
The Shutter Alley is an area located in one of the buildings of the facility. It begins with a small room, before moving on to the alleys. The first alley ends with a currently locked door, but has a open shutter leading to a second alley. This second alley has three rooms accessible from the shutters. The first is a small café where Urotsuki can sit, the second has a lady with a grocery cart, and the third has a vending machine. In the first two rooms, NPCs will react to the Fairy effect.
At the end of the second alley is a phone that can be used to create a link to Urotsuki's Dream Apartments.
