If you have the glasses effect you can reach the Theatre World using them on the [[Yume 2kki:Simple Street|Simple Street]] (Urotsuki's Dream Apartments). The glasses show you the parallax of the area you're going; just need to go there and use the effect until you see the background of the theatre (that four-headed-knight-thing with six eyes on each head). It worked on 103c.
