If you have the glasses effect you can reach the Theatre World using them on the Simple Street (Urotsuki's Dream Apartments). The glasses show you the parallax of the area you're going; just need to go there and use the effect until you see the background of the theatre (that four-headed-knight-thing with six eyes on each head). It worked on 103c.
