The Bloody Touching Monster is found in the background after Uboa transports you to its trap. It cannot be interacted with in any way. Because of its coloring and many limbs, it is likely a part of the White Desert.
Theory
Some have said that the way this creature appears may be a vague depiction of groping, which would help to support theories like Madotsuki being raped and many others.
