Ephemeral Barrens is an area accessible from Red Streetlight World.
Features
Ephemeral Barrens is a monochrome world consisting of various black towering figures scattered around the map. There is a huge scaffold at the entrance with objects hanging from it and a construction sign, indicating that the map is yet to be finished.
A hostile Shadow Lady will be present in this area. If the player is caught by her, the entire screen will turn dark, the exit to the area will vanish, and the BGM will change to that of a droning noise. The player may only see through the darkness using the Lantern effect, which will provide a tiny circle of visibility, or the Bike effect, which will provide the player with a much larger cone of light.

- Prior to version 0.120a Patch 2, this area was only accessible when playing on EasyRPG/YNOproject.
