The Rust Corridor is an area accessible from the elevator in Sabitsuki's Room after collecting the three Empty Boxes. This is the game's last area; completing it will grant access to the final ending.

Features

The Rust Corridor can only be accessed by Rust. After collecting the three Empty Boxes, returning to Sabitsuki's Dream Room will reveal an elevator where the computer once was. Once Rust gets on, the elevator will break down and plummet down to the Rust Corridor.

Spoilers:

[Show/Hide]

The Rust Corridor starts off as a mostly white corridor containing a single, unavoidable Fetus and a door at the end of the hall. Entering the door will take Rust to a new, slightly more decayed hallway, containing more Fetuses and another door at the end. As Rust proceeds through the Corridors, they will continue decaying, and more Fetuses will assault her. At the end of the sequence, she will inevitably be mortally wounded, and the hallways will strongly resemble Visceral World, with walls made of pulsating flesh, strange white protrusions with bleeding mouths emerging from the floor, and gaping holes serving as doorways.

After proceeding through five hallways, Rust will end up in a small room made completely out of flesh and will now wield an iron pipe. The room's only resident is the Inner Demon; a NPC strongly resembling a severely injured Sabitsuki, with prominent horns identical to a Fetus. Interacting with it will prompt Rust to hit it with her pipe. The only way to proceed is to repeatedly hit the Inner Demon until the screen suddenly cuts to black.

Back in her real room, Sabitsuki will wake up and get out of bed. Her computer no longer works, the bed no longer saves her progress, and her console cannot be used. Notably, her room now lacks any blood smears from the Erosion Counter. Leaving her room through the door at this point will trigger the game's final ending.

Spoilers end here.
