Mikan is the main protagonist of Braingirl.

Overview

Unlike other Yume Nikki protagonists, she seems to be actively conscious of her outfit when utilizing effects.

While in the real world, Mikan wears a large green shirt to bed. She also appears to be wearing a backpack, which may be an indicator that she frequently went to school as a child.

Despite not leaving her home while awake, many areas throughout the game imply places she has visited before. One example of this is the Streets Hub, which could represent a place she grew up in based on its similarities to a town or neighborhood.
