Water Palace is an area accessible from the sea creature in Eye Dust, or by interacting with the seal on the couch in the Mansion Basement in Sea.

Features

This area appears as a palace with various waterfalls, corals, and colorful floating crystals, accompanied by pillars arranged throughout.

From the left of the entrance from Eye Dust is a hall that leads to three separate paths. Taking the path that leads to the north will lead you to a brown floating crystal surrounded by other crystals. Interacting with the brown crystal will give you Menu Theme #7.

If you have arrived from Sea, you can get to the menu theme by taking a right, going north, going right again, past the waterfalls, and turning north, going up the stairs.
