Rainstorm City is an area accessible from Sun Reactor.

Features

Rainstorm City is a somber and lonely city where it always rains. An endless amount of dull monotone buildings are there, with pops of color from neon bright signs of umbrellas on some buildings. Glowing streetlamps are scattered around. Minnatsuki can knock on the locked doors, but no one answers. Some buildings have ladders which can be used to climb onto their roofs. Umbrella headed people inhabit the city and make sounds when interacted with. Streetlamp headed people can be found too, but they are silent.

Interestingly, an eye neon sign can be found on one of the buildings that resembles the eye on Minnatsuki's clothes. Going up and left of this sign leads to an area with a bench and vending machine. South of the vending machine, a person smoking can be seen wearing a bright yellow raincoat. Interacting with them makes them exhale. Going left of the bench, then going up and right, leads to a building with a neon sign with a yellow sun, a white snowflake, and a blue raindrop. This is a hint to the Climate eidolon.

Going near the tower causes the screen to pan up, revealing part of the tower, and Minnatsuki can climb it. This leads to platform overlooking the city with the moon visible in the background, and is where the rain weather spirit, representing the rainy Climate eidolon form, is located. Interacting with them grants Minnatsuki a blue gem which is needed to gain the Climate eidolon, and they fade away.

Proceeding causes Minnatsuki to climb the tower up, until they reach Frozen Tower.
