If entered from Garden World, Urotsuki enters the area through a purple arch with a clock and a set of stairs on it. South of the arch is trail under a bridge with a hidden path leading to a red construction sign on the left and a small fenced area to the right. Just outside of the gate is a large head buried in the ground which rises up and starts wandering around when interacted with for the first time.
