The Rotten Sea is an area accessible from the TV set in Pop Revoir, if the player has at least 33 effects (not including the Instructions).
Features
This area is a dark seabed where filth falls from above, filled with streetlights and large sea creatures. Interacting with the TV will allow you to return to Pop Revoir. As you explore the area, you can find some huge pipes which lead to the underground section, a network of pipes and ladders. Navigating this area, you can also find some passages going back to other sections of the surface. One of the pipes in the surface is currently barricaded, indicating that this specific passage could lead to a new area in the future.
