The Macabre World is an area accessible from the gray-and-red door in the Nexus.
Features
The Macabre World is a black world with no background. Various dismembered torsos and severed limbs lie around the area, all pale white with red insides.
There is not much to do in this world and it appears to be solely made for housing one effect. Shortly northeast of the Nexus door is a torso with blood spilling from its top, which will give the Headless effect upon interaction with its neck.
