Overview
The Neon Parrot is a bird-like creature with a dark blue body, red and blue arms, purple feet, and a head consisting of green, light blue, and red with a blue eye. As he walks around Neon World, his head flashes orange and dark red while his chest flashes green and purple. He overall resembles the player character from NASU. When found, he will give the Neon effect to Madotsuki.
Like the Neon Creatures, the Neon Parrot wanders around Neon World, although at a slightly slower pace than most of the other creatures.
