The Walking Lamp (also known as Raitou-Oka by some fans) is an effect NPC that can be found on Lamp World. It grants Madotsuki the Lamp effect.

Overview

The Walking Lamp resembles a small, floating lamp with a pair of brown shoes. The lamp making up its body is similar to the various lampposts that can be found throughout the dream world, particularly in its home world.

The Walking Lamp can be found somewhat southwest of the entrance from Number World. Due to the largely empty and similar structure of most of Lamp World, it may be difficult to locate. When interacted with, it gives Madotsuki the Lamp effect.
