Feats work similar to an achievement system, as they are unlocked upon seeing certain events in the game. Unlocking feats can also unlock certain Menu Themes.
As of v0.11, the game has a total of 37 feats, with 35 that count for game completion and 2 hidden ones. However, obtaining all of them or getting the hidden feats doesn't grant any special reward. Outside of unlocking extra Menu Themes or having some of them giving hints about the game's plot, they are not required to unlock any special content.
Below is a list of all 35 feats included in the game as of v0.10+ as well as a brief explanation on how to obtain each one of them. For a more in-depth explanation of each feat, please refer to Jojogape's feat guide.
Feats
Rise up
"Defeat your bullies"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter, Nerd and Wrench effects): Go to the playground at the rightmost part of School with the Nerd effect on, go all the way to the right with the Scooter effect to evade the flashing mask chasers and hit the lone chaser at the end of the playground with the Wrench before the other chasers can get you.
Fallen
"Break the ice"
Unlock Condition (Requires Fox effect): Go to the Ice World and search for an X-shaped crack in the ice in the northern section of the area, stand on the middle of it. The Fox effect is required to navigate through the Ice World.
Kondo
"%À?"
Unlock Condition (Requires Glitch effect): Interact with Kondo in the Glitch World with the Glitch effect on.
Paralyzed
"Open the door to your nightmares"
Unlock Condition: From the entrance to the Dark World, walk northeast until you see a strange marking resembling a nose on the floor, then go north until you see two pillars working as a connection, these pillars usually have a crate between them but there's a 1/8 chance (determined upon entering the Dark World) for the crate to not be there. Go between the pillars and keep walking north, enter the haunted house and open the door at the end of the hallway.
Oxidation
"Discover the Truth among the tubes"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Follow the guide for the TV effect but right before reaching the effect room, pick the rightmost tube instead of the left one, then hit the pink creature standing in the middle of the room.
Reduction
"Get away safely"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter effect): After triggering the Oxidation feat, follow the newly created path through the Tubes until you reach a heavily distorted room with the TV effect, interact with the TV and find the shadow Itsuki in the Hexagon Realm before getting caught by the chasers. Completing this event will teleport you to the Dark World and also will temporarily make all Hexagon chasers lunatic.
Snow
"Make it snow in the Ice World"
Unlock Condition (requires Raincoat effect): Equip the Raincoat effect in the Ice World.
Silent laughter
"No one is on your side"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter effect and at least 100N): Leave to the small outdoors area at the north of the Grayscale Mall and interact with the multiplying fairies until they multiply so much you can't move. This will take you to a darker, empty version of the Art Gallery. Go all the way south and interact with the Kondo portrait, then go all the way north-west and leave through the door.
AAAA99999
"Change everything to A's and 9's"
Unlock Condition (requires either Wrench or Megaphone effect): Make the passive Hexagon chaser in Question World go after you by using the Megaphone effect or hitting it with the Wrench, get caught by it and step on the single A tile, turning all tiles in the Alphanumeric World into A's and 9's and making navigation through the world considerably harder. This effect only lasts until waking up.
Zero
"Break the box with zero N"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Hit the wooden crate in the Pink Maze.
Lucky
"Find the four-leaf clover!"
Unlock Condition: Find and interact with the four-lead clover in the isolated section of the Forest accessible from the 8-bit World. Doing so enabled Lucky Mode for the dream, making RNG events more likely; In older versions of the game, Lucky Mode isn't disabled when waking up even though it is supposed to.
Shame
"Try to change your past"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Try to hit the NPC that gives you the Nerd effect in the School.
Fulgurites
"Tear down all the fulgurites at the desert"
Unlock Condition: Interact with all 24 fulgurites (sand formations resembling vines or tentacles) in the Desert. Note that leaving the Desert will reset the counter so you need to tear down all of them before leaving.
Rainbow
"Make it rain in the beach"
Unlock Condition (requires Raincoat effect): Equip the Raincoat effect in the Beach.
Perspective
"It's just another one"
Unlock Condition: Go to the narrow passage at the south-east section of the Lava. There's a 1/4 chance (determined upon going to sleep) that a shadow figure will stand at the end of the path. Talking to it will take you to a linear path which ends with an altered version of the School, this world is also a linear path that ends in the playground. The event itself plays similar to the Rise Up feat but this time Itsuki is unable to escape or fight back. Interact with the transparent Itsuki at the other side of the fence to complete the event and unlock the feat.
Colours
"Some species of fish are fascinating"
Unlock Condition: Take the eastern-most path in the Seabed until you reach an exit, this will take you to a smaller room with a colorful hole in a wall. Interact with the hole.
Tinnitus
"Have a blast in the neon world"
Unlock Condition: Return to the Neon Path from the Neon World, there's a 1/9 chance (determined upon leaving the Neon World) that Itsuki will get tinnitus (hearing a loud, high-pitched sound that drowns the usual music), unlocking this feat.
Test subject
"Complete ten tests at the testing area"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter, Fox, Megaphone, Mercury and TV effects): Complete tests 1-10 in the Testing Area.
A thousand pictures
"How can I forget such beauty?"
Unlock Condition: Take the rightmost exit at the Art Gallery, near the giant egg statue, and interact with the lone robot in the small room.
Canvas
"Paint on the floor at the art gallery"
Unlock Condition (requires either Blob or Monochrome effect): Take the north-east exit at the Art Gallery and interact with any tile of the black canvas with either the Monochrome or Blob effect active.
On fire
"You can't kill time"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Kill all clockworker NPCs at the Clock Tower, then go to the location where the Raincoat effect usually is.
Habit
"It's under control"
Unlock Condition (requires Fox, Megaphone, Mercury, TV, Scooter and Wood effects): Reach test 16 in the Testing Area but instead of solving it normally, take the glitchy path at the bifurcation, the rest of the path is relatively lineal but you will need the Wood effect to progress past a certain point, you will eventually reach a looping black void with a computer which triggers an event that returns Itsuki to test 16, unlocking the feat.
Test devourer
"Complete all twenty tests in the testing area"
Unlock Condition (requires Fox, Megaphone, Mercury, TV, Scooter and Wood effects): Complete tests 1-20 in the Testing Area.
Hatsuyume
"Complete the hatsuyume puzzle"
Unlock Condition: Enter the LSD World and check if there is a torii gate in the middle of the biggest lake, keep running into walls (which will take you to other sections of the world) until you see the torii gate. Going through it will take you to a small looping void with a background divided in 4 pieces and pictures lying in the floor, make each picture fit on its respective corner of the screen until they all form a big painting, unlocking the feat.
Empty
"Reach the limit of your mind"
Unlock condition (requires Scooter effect and at least 100N): Enter the Subway and keep going to the right until you start seeing signless stations, leave through any signless station and walk towards the edge of the map.
Dizziness
"Circles... everywhere..."
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter effect and at least 145N): Find the Nice Dude selling drinks at the Edible World and buy a Spoiled Mentsuyu drink for 45N.
A snowy day
"Recall someone's memories"
Unlock Condition (requires Mercury effect): Find a small crack on a wall in the Sewers and use the Mercury effect to go through it, enter the small puddle in the room and turn the blue faucet on at the Shower, leaving the Shower after doing this will take you to the Ice World, reach the Subway and interact with the transparent couple (they only show up by entering the Ice World through the Shower), then walk through the linear path until you find a frozen lake, jump into the lake.
Stranger
"Escape the shady stranger"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter effect): Find the "SLEEP" graffiti room at the Sewer, there's a 1/5 chance (defined upon going to sleep) that the graffiti will have green slime leaking from it, when it's in this state, interact with it and walk through the dark alley until you reach a straight narrow line, equip the Scooter effect and don't stop running until reaching the end of this path, as a chaser will spawn in the alley after some time. Escaping the chaser safely unlocks this feat.
Trapped
"Finish the fake Zapnef level"
Unlock Condition (requires 8bit effect): Find the glitched out Zapnef NPC in the Glitch World and equip the 8bit effect to interact with it, it will teleport you to a fake and distorted version of Zapnef's level 3. Complete the level to unlock the feat.
Careful cruise
"Learn how to drive a spaceship"
Unlock Condition (requires Fox, Megaphone, Mercury, TV, Scooter, Wood and Lab Coat effects): Complete all 20 tests in the Testing Area, this will activate a new teleporter in the entrance of this world. Taking it will lead you to a room with a deactivated teleporter (which activates upon equipping the Lab Coat effect), talk to the Flashing Man standing on the Moon to trigger the spaceship event and unlock this feat.
Platformer
"Complete all nine levels of Zapnef"
Unlock Condition: Complete all the levels of Zapnef.
Wasps
"Kill the wasp in the forest and return"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Find a wasp in the main section of the Forest and kill it, then get out of the Forest and return, the world should now have a yellow tint and be infested with wasps that can't be killed (as well as having different music), this effect disappears after waking up. Seeing this version of the Forest unlocks the feat.
Vitamin
"Get your daily dose of vitamin C"

Life
"Find the source of the pulse"
Unlock Condition (requires Healing Aura effect): Reach the tree at the end of Pulse World.
Isolated
"It's just not the same"
Unlock Condition (requires Lab Coat effect): Interact with the transparent Itsuki at the end of the Senior High.

Music Collector
"Unlock every music from Music Folders"
Unlock Condition: Get 100% music completion rate. This is done by exploring the entirety out of the dream world. Unlocking this feat grants you the Menu Themes 10-12 and unlocks a special music folder.

Unlock Condition: Get a score of 9001 or more in any ZApNeF stage.
Trivia
- Before v0.10 there was a feat called Flowers, which was unlocked by finding the 8-bit effect. This feat was replaced by Silent Laughter.
- The Rise up feat is one of the few events in the game to permanently change a feature in the game, permanently disabling mask chasers and changing their behavior in their room in the Nice Bar. The exception to this is the Perspective feat, in which the mask chasers are always active.
- Seeing the Lucky feat enables "lucky mode", which increases the chance of seeing various chance-based events through the game but decreases the chance of seeing the entrance leading to the Paralyzed feat. Lucky Mode gets disabled once Itsuki wakes up.
- Seeing the Lucky feat for the first time also permanently connects both sections of the Forest.
- There are several feats which are often referred to by other names, to name a few the Paralyzed feat is often called the "Haunted House event", the Perspective feat is often called the "Corrupted School event", the Colours feat is often called the "Flying Tuna event" and the combined Oxidation and Reduction feats are called the "Bubbly event", named after the pink creature that triggers them.
- The combined Oxidation and Reduction feats are also named after the oxidation-reduction chemical process.
