The upper part continuously moves up and down as if beheading someone. Two purple posts also hold up the top and bottom portions of the Guillotine. The Guillotine is an effect NPC that can be found in Guillotine World. It grants Madotsuki the Severed Head effect.
Overview
The Guillotine is a pink guillotine with a smiling face, sporting a purple smile and two red eyes that look in the direction the guillotine's blade is moving. The upper part continuously moves up and down as if beheading someone. Two purple posts also hold up the top and bottom portions of the Guillotine. When interacted with for the first time, it gives the Severed Head effect.
