Cement World is a world accessible from the Phoenician letter śāmek (𐤎) in Binding Site.
Features
This area consist of a tiled concrete floor with circular concrete structures, dark block structures and carpets scattered around the area, alongside multiple benches Urotsuki can sit on. Hand statues can also be found on top of some of the concrete structures.
From the Binding Site's śāmek (𐤎) letter, heading northeast you can find a Wa (わ) statue, neaby is a hollow square blocky teleporter that warps Urotsuki to the Asphalt Monolith. Shortly east from here is a large building that leads to the Underground Runological Warehouse.
Below the Binding Site connection is a long concrete structure, a blue construction sign between two circular structures can be found on the upper side. ßethany is found west from the sign, who will react to the Chainsaw effect by showing three big eyes on her face. On the lower side of the structure are two long benches and a restroom Urotsuki can use.

Trivia
- The rectangular floor tile pattern and the grey blocks both make this world resemble the structure of Concrete World.
- The restroom in this world used to be yellow. In 0.124i, the restroom here was changed to gray while the yellow one was moved to Ox Horn Plaza.
