The Eye People are NPCs located in the White Desert A.
Overview
They seem to be monochrome human-like characters with a big eye for a face. They all walk normally, all at the same time, although slightly hunched over. Their singular eye will always face forward as if staring at the player, unless the Eye People are walking north. They are located in the Eye Box in the White Desert A in a large group, all living within a dark void-like space.
