The area starts off in the TV's interior, which has a pit with flashing static, which has a ladder going further down. By going into the pit, you will find yourself in a dark area, where static flashes periodically as you climb further down. Making your way down, the look and feel will change into 8-bit, with a frame on the screen's foreground, and in addition, the menu will take on a checkered appearance.

There is a secret pathway which is accessible from the northern wall of this section. This secret area is a crossroad, where the western path leads to a banana that Urotsuki can collect, while the eastern path leads to a dead end with a traffic cone, and the northern path leads to a series of streetlights, ending in a door that is currently locked.
