If you enter the bedroom in [[Yume 2kki:Blue Apartments|Blue Apartments]] with the Horse mask equipped, the room will darken, there will be a puddle of blood on the rug, and a jester mask will take the place of the purple hat. The jester mask has special interactions, such as activating certain events and allowing Urotsuki to interact with certain NPCs in [[:Category:Bean|Bean's]] maps to make them disappear after a special animation. Picking up the jester mask will cause the room to be devoid of color, the exits to be blocked, and static noise to play. In this state, the TV also glows red. Interacting with the red TV will cause an apparition of Sarah to appear, and then you will be taken to a coned section of TVLand, where you can interact with the inactive TV NPC below to make it disappear.
