Feats work similar to an achievement system, as they are unlocked upon seeing certain events in the game. Unlocking feats can also unlock certain Menu Themes.
As of v0.11, the game has a total of 37 feats, with 35 that count for game completion and 2 hidden ones. However, obtaining all of them or getting the hidden feats doesn't grant any special reward. Outside of unlocking extra Menu Themes or having some of them giving hints about the game's plot, they are not required to unlock any special content.
Below is a list of all 35 feats included in the game as of v0.10+ as well as a brief explaination on how to obtain each one of them. For a more in-depth explaination of each feat, please refer to Jojogape's feat guide.
Feats
Rise up
"Defeat your bullies"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter, Nerd and Wrench effects): Go to the playground at the rightmost part of School with the Nerd effect on, go all the way to the right with the Scooter effect to evade the flashing mask chasers and hit the lone chaser at the end of the playground with the Wrench before the other chasers can get you.
Fallen
"Break the ice"
Unlock Condition (Requires Fox effect): Go to the Ice World and search for an X-shaped crack in the ice in the northern section of the area, stand on the middle of it. The Fox effect is required to navigate through the Ice World.
Kondo
"%À?"
Unlock Condition (Requires Glitch effect): Interact with Kondo in the Glitch World with the Glitch effect on.
Paralyzed
"Open the door to your nightmares"
Unlock Condition: From the entrance to the Dark World, walk northeast until you see a strange marking resembling a nose on the floor, then go north until you see two pillars working as a connection, these pillars usually have a crate between them but there's a 1/8 chance (determined upon entering the Dark World) for the crate to not be there. Go between the pillars and keep walking north, enter the haunted house and open the door at the end of the hallway.
Oxidation
"Discover the Truth among the tubes"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Follow the guide for the TV effect but right before reaching the effect room, pick the rightmost tube instead of the left one, then hit the pink creature standing in the middle of the room.
Reduction
"Get away safely"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter effect): After triggering the Oxidation feat, follow the newly created path through the Tubes until you reach a heavily distorted room with the TV effect, interact with the TV and find the shadow Itsuki in the Hexagon Realm before getting caught by the chasers. Completing this event will teleport you to the Dark World and also will temporarily make all Hexagon chasers lunatic.
Snow
"Make it snow in the Ice World"
Unlock Condition (requires Raincoat effect): Equip the Raincoat effect in the Ice World.
Silent laughter
"No one is on your side"
Unlock Condition (requires Scooter effect and at least 100N): Leave to the small outdoors area at the north of the Grayscale Mall and interact with the multiplying fairies until they multiply so much you can't move. This will take you to a darker, empty version of the Art Gallery. Go all the way south and interact with the Kondo portrait, then go all the way north-west and leave through the door.
AAAA99999
"Change everything to A's and 9's"
Unlock Condition (requires either Wrench or Megaphone effect): Make the passive Hexagon chaser in Question World go after you by using the Megaphone effect or hitting it with the Wrench, get caught by it and step on the single A tile, turning all tiles in the Alphanumeric World into A's and 9's and making navigation through the world considerably harder. This effect only lasts until waking up.

Lucky
"Find the four-leaf clover!"
Unlock Condition: Find and interact with the four-lead clover in the isolated section of the Forest accessible from the 8-bit World. Shame
"Try to change your past"
Unlock Condition (requires Wrench effect): Try to hit the NPC that gives you the Nerd effect in the School.
Fulgurites

The event itself plays similar to the Rise Up feat but this time Itsuki is unable to escape or fight back. Interact with the transparent Itsuki at the other side of the fence to complete the event and unlock the feat.

Trivia
- Before v0.10 there was a feat called Flowers, which was unlocked by finding the 8-bit effect. This feat was replaced by Silent Laughter.
- The Rise up feat is one of the few events in the game to permanently change a feature in the game, permanently disabling mask chasers and changing their behavior in their room in the Nice Bar. The exception to this is the Perspective feat, in which the mask chasers are always active.
- Seeing the Lucky feat enables "lucky mode", which increases the chance of seeing various chance-based events through the game but decreases the chance of seeing the entrance leading to the Paralyzed feat. Lucky Mode gets disabled once Itsuki wakes up.
- Seeing the Lucky feat for the first time also permanently connects both sections of the Forest.
- There are several feats which are often refered to by other names, to name a few the Paralyzed feat is often called the "Haunted House event", the Perspective feat is often called the "Corrupted School event", the Colours feat is often called the "Flying Tuna event" and the combined Oxidation and Reduction feats are called the "Bubbly event", named after the pink creature that triggers them.
- The combined Oxidation and Reduction feats are also named after the oxidation-reduction chemical process.
- You can heal Bubbly after triggering the Oxidation feat with the Healing Aura effect, this restores the Tubes World to it's original state.
- The entrance to the Paralyzed feat has a somewhat higher chance to be unlocked if entering the Dark World from the so-called Bubbly event instead of by entering the Dark World from the Nexus.
- The Hatsuyume feat is named after the concept of hatsuyume (lit. "first dream"), which consist of the idea of dreaming about Mt. Fuji, an eggplant and an eagle on the first night of a new year as being a good omen for said year, the portrait at the end of the puzzle features all three elements of a hatsuyume.
- The Vitamin feat is a reference to Tangerine Mouth.
- In v0.10+ and previous versions, the Habit feat finished in a dead that was only possible to leave by using the Clockworker effect or waking up. As of v0.11 it now returns the player to the Testing Area.
