Saddling up to Sour Void from the walking white creature in Lemon World, Urotsuki can head northeast to find a wandering drink that leads to Coffee Cup World and further northeast for a vending machine.

Going north from Lemon World or northwest from Coffee Cup World leads to a tall drink, garnished with a slice of citrus. Interacting with it transports Urotsuki to the Cocktail Lounge.
