The Hospital is an area accessible from Fog World.

Features

Upon entering from Fog World, Itsuki will be standing in front of the Hospital's front doors. along the bottom of the map. Walking through the double doors on the north wall will take you to the first floor of the Hospital. Though a few of the doors on this floor are closed, many of them open up into empty exam rooms.

The second floor is similar to the first, with the addition of flashing cityfolk that can be seen in other worlds. A door on the bottom wall of the right side of this floor will take you to a room bathed in teal light. Interacting with the figure here will give you the Healing Aura effect. According to the 10th anniversary ost video, this room is room 214. The top left door will send you to the center-left door on the bottom, and vice versa.

On the third floor, along the top wall of the left half, there is a door that can be healed with the Healing Aura effect. Entering this room will reveal a sunset-lit room with a payphone that costs 10N to take you to Streetlight World. There is also a room named "Room 311" containing an injured Nice Guy. Healing it will unlock the 311 Menu Theme, and interacting with the Nice Guy afterward will send you to Pulse World. The top right door on this floor has a exceptionally long bed, and some other doors have more flashing citizens.

The fourth floor's right wing has many notable rooms. One has a single young Monochrome Child that constantly turns to face Itsuki in the only room with a tree in the window, and another is blocked by a fold-up caution sign. The bottom right room is dark, and very cluttered, seeming to be used for storage. Another door has four ghostly monochrome children in an otherwise empty room, and two more contain strange machines from the Clock Tower. The most notable one, though, is a door on the bottom row leading to Room 404, which is a deep purple and contains a Hexagon chaser that locks you in the aforementioned storage room. The door will not open on the first attempt; interactions that don't open it play a slightly lower denial tone than the other locked doors in the hospital.
