The Fluorescent City is an area accessible from Ether Caverns.

Features

Fluorescent City is an abstract, urban environment where the street's outlines have neon lights, and the buildings' roofs take on colorful, glitch-like appearances.

This area starts off with a small path with a passageway having a sign above it. This passageway has somewhat of a pareidolic effect, resembling a person's face. Taking the passageway leads to the main area, where the background's colors invert depending on whether Urotsuki is on the neon green or neon purple side of the area. The northernmost part of the eastern section houses a merchant with red, purple, and blue eyes who owns a small vendor, interacting won't lead to any purchase.

The western section of the area has two separate passageways leading out of the area, but they are currently barricaded.

Directions

If the connection from Urotsuki's Dream Apartments to Sugar Road is active and the connection from Ether Caverns to Chaos Exhibition is unlocked:

Trivia

  • This area's Japanese name shares its name with Neon City, the English name of one of wataru's worlds.
