Dial Tone is an area accessible from Spiral Limb Passage.
Features
Dial Tone is a small, looping spirit world that is difficult to see in, with only a small ring of light around Minnatsuki visible. Equipping the Lumen eidolon does not increase the world's visibility, but walking around does.
