Powdered Sugar Wasteland is a large looping wasteland made of sugar, with spades, lolipops, big sugar cubes, and large monolithic sugar structures scattered across its landscape. Heading south-east will lead you to the Emerald Crystal Cavern, and heading directly south from there will eventually lead you to a sugar cube shaped bench. Heading south of the entrance will take you to a Construction Sign, indicating that this world is unfinished.
In the transitional room between Chocolate World and Powdered Sugar Wasteland, a very large structure with holes in it can be seen. Looking foward will pan the camera upwards to show more of it. The Teru Teru Bōzu effect does not work in the main area, but does in this transitional room. Leaving to the main area while its raining will replace the rain with snow.
