The Pier Monsters are decorative characters that reside in two pairs in Eyeball World.

    Overview

The Pier Monsters resemble heads with black hair and long necks. They are either white with red, thin facial features or lavender with dark purple facial features and a surprised look. They may also have blood flowing from their face, coming from their eyes and mouth. The two variants always appear in pairs. As the Pier Monsters are purely decorative, they do not react to any effects.

One group of Pier Monsters can be found southeast of Eyeball World's Nexus door, where pairs of arms appear alongside them, making it look as though they are wringing their hands in the air. East of the Nexus door is another pair of Pier Monsters, this time with blood leaking from their face and accompanied by pools of blood and eyeballs.
