Appearance
Overview
There are two main variants of the Pier Monster. Similarities include the head that sprouts out of a worm-like appendage and their similar hair. The first variant is white, with red, thin eyes and mouth. The second is lavender, with a shocked expression complete with dark purple eyes and mouth. These normal variants are seen in a pair next to arms. There are also sub-variants that have blood streaming from their facial features next to a familiar pool of blood seen in other areas, such as by the Mouth Monsters. Some note that the Pier Monsters have a vague resemblance to Uboa, much like the Alley Demon.
The Pier Monsters resemble heads with black hair and long necks. They are either white with red, thin facial features or lavender with dark purple facial features and a surprised look. They may also have blood flowing from their face, coming from their eyes and mouth. The two variants always appear in pairs. As the Pier Monsters are purely decorative, they do not react to any effects.

Interaction
One group of Pier Monsters can be found southeast of Eyeball World's Nexus door, where pairs of arms appear alongside them, making it look as though they are wringing their hands in the air. East of the Nexus door is another pair of Pier Monsters, this time with blood leaking from their face and accompanied by pools of blood and eyeballs.
As is default with most decorative characters, the Pier Monsters cannot be interacted with and are merely for decoration.

They may also have blood flowing from their face, coming from their eyes and mouth. The two variants always appear in pairs. As the Pier Monsters are purely decorative, they do not react to any effects.

One group of Pier Monsters can be found southeast of Eyeball World's Nexus door, where pairs of arms appear alongside them, making it look as though they are wringing their hands in the air.
