Smiling Pen Office is an office building inhabited by humanoid fountain pens in suits.

Just beyond the doorway that serves as the entrance from Ink World is a short corridor obscured by a purple wall. Minnatsuki may pass behind this wall to reach the other side, but, halfway through, will be forced to pause while a mechanical whirring noise can be heard. Emerging from the other side will reveal that Minnatsuki has been placed into a black suit and red tie, had their hair straightened out, and had any currently equipped eidolon forcibly unequipped in the process. Attempting to equip any eidolon while this attire is worn will fail. Heading back in the opposite direction behind the wall will, like before, stop Minnatsuki midway through with the same whirring sound, only this time Minnatsuki will be reverted back to their default appearance and allowed to equip eidola again.

One of the rooms contains a cube that grants the "Office" Menu Theme when interacted with.

Through a doorway found beyond a hallway with a roof, the player can enter a long hallway with several framed pictures of pen employees in a row, ending in one empty frame next to a door that has a plaque above it. Beyond this door is an office, presumably belonging to Pen Boss, with a single pen NPC inside and a safe at the back. Interacting with the safe activates the event; a trapdoor beneath Minnatsuki opens and causes them to fall down into the empty picture frame in the hallway. They return to their default state after falling here, allowing the player to use eidola, but this is an inescapable area that forces the player to return to Minnatsuki's Room manually.
