The Walking Lamp (also known as Raitou-Oka by some fans) is an effect NPC that inhabits Lamp World.

Overview

The Walking Lamp resembles of a small, floating lamp with brown shoes, with its lamp resembling the many lampposts seen throughout the dream world. When Madotsuki interacts with it, it will give her the Lamp effect.
