Are the "unfinished zones" really unfinished? Various wallpapers acknowledge their current states, there are no construction signs anywhere and way too much places are accessible via potted plants for these to only be unfinished and hidden zones. Honestly they may not. It only seems to refer to the spinning clocks room and the monochrome area, which likely are finished but I don't really know for sure. I know the plant ending is unfinished. Either way, the world isn't considered to be under construction anyways, so feel free to edit that section out if you feel it's inaccurate.
